From Domestic terminal: Once you collect your luggage and ready to go, call (07)3062 7439 to request shuttle bus service. • Exit the terminal way and make your way to skywalk bridge. • Once on the skywalk bridge, take the second side of escalators on the right down to B1/B2 ground level bus zone • The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up From International terminal: • Turn left into the arrivals hall • Look for the coach departure sign and exit the terminal • Proceed down the ramp and follows the signs to Bay 3, Bay 4. • The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up Our staff will be on hand with any assistance that can be offered to the customers with our branch telephone number remaining the same.
